Wild Food and Wilderness Cookery

Have a great day out in the woods whilst also gaining inspiration, understanding and confidence about some of our many seasonal wild foods available in our woodlands and Countryside.

You will learn how to identify various plants/trees/fungi as well as discover how to create a variety of dishes combining what we have gathered with various simple ingredients/wild food that I have brought in. Building your confidence whilst having fun will be Daves focus coming from 25 years of professional experience.
