Sharp Tools Day

This one day, IOL approved course is aimed at anyone wanting to gain confidence, competence or additional understanding about using knives and saws with reference to passing it on to others. You will be shown various techniques suitable for different age groups/abilities/tasks and gain understanding of the thinking behind this. You will also look at different knives which can make a significant difference as well as choosing wood that is suitable or ideal for tasks/clients. Time is also spent on maintenance of tools and the Law. By the end of the course you will have created a wide range of very useful products and gained plenty of know how along the way.
