Small Roundwood Construction

This 2 day course aims to give you the confidience and understanding of using axes, saws froes and billhooks along with other basic tools in order to construct simple semi permanent structures. The course will cover; Understanding of different tools/styles, safe handling and maintenance, safe design of various structures, choice of wood and a variety of joints and weaving techniques. For 2019 we aim to construct a small hut next to the top camp at Spring Wood. Price is 195 pounds IOL members 165.
